In this training, our small group focuses on functional movements to target all the major muscle groups and give you a good workout.
Our small group training sessions are a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a group of 4-6 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. It is recommended that all new participants meet with MJ to do a Fitness Analysis before beginning small group training and that all new participants must take personal training sessions prior to transitioning to small group training. This will help address any physical issues that is underlying, correct your form and teaching you to engage your core. This is for your safety.
